2eCreative - 411 Building in Downtown St. Louis

It seems that the majority of creative office spaces are being built in the city, especially downtown.  2eCreative  www.2ecreative.com leased the top floor of the 411 Building at the corner of Locust and 10th St. several years ago.  It has a slightly higher ceiling than the rest of the building and features large skylights/ clerestory windows.

General American Life - Philip Johnson Architect

The General American Building at 700 Market in Downtown St. Louis was designed by Philip Johnson for General American Life Insurance, which was swallowed by Metropolitan Life in 2004.  The building has stood vacant ever since.  The building is around 128,000 rentable square feet with six floors.  The most recent rumor is that it could be developed into a boutique hotel.    Philip Johnson designed a number of famous buildings including the Glass House and AT&T's former headquarters in New York with the iconic Chippendale top.   700 Market is one of the youngest buildings to be listed on the historic register.  This could be such a cool HQ for a St. Louis company.  One of the coolest features is the huge rooftop deck that is above the third floor, facing the Ballpark.

Cannon Design - Cupples Warehouse District

Cannon Design was able to share the following link that highlights some very impressive photos on their own website.  This is certainly one of the cooler rehab developments in downtown St. Louis.  The Cupples District formerly had over two dozen multi-story warheouse structures that were connected with subsurface railroads and were some of the first warhouses to include hydraulic elevators.  The structures were built around the turn of the last century.  Cannon's building was originally the powerhouse for the complex.

Fusion Marketing 1928 Locust St.

Paradowski Creative gut rehabbed the former electric substation at the corner of 20th Street and Locust several years ago and the building was recently sold to Fusion Marketing.  http://fpmglobal.com/
Nehring Design http://nehringdesign.com/ provided the following photos of their work for Paradowski. I haven't been in the space since Fusion Marketing has occupied the building, so I'm not sure if any changes were recently made.

Group 360 - Washington Avenue

Group 360 http://www.group360.com/ relocated from Fashion Square and moved into the building formerly known as the Avenida at 1227 Washington Avenue approximately two years ago. Nehring Design was the architecture firm that designed this very cool space.  I had this building listed briefly prior to Group 360 leasing the space, so I was able to take pictures before the renovation.
