CBRE cbre.com/stlouis recently relocated our office from Merrill Lynch Center in Clayton, MO to The Plaza Building at 190 Carondelet. The space was designed by Gensler for CBRE.

Atomicdust - Midtown Alley

Atomicdust (http://www.atomicdust.com/) recently relocated from Dowtown St. Louis to the Midtown area of the city, more specifically, Midtown Alley.  (http://midtownalley.com/)  They designed the space themselves along with the developer, Jassen Johnson.  Most of the buildings along Locust St./ Midtown Alley were built in the 1920's as car dealerships.

Fox Architects - Gateway Tower

Fox Architects http://www.fox-architects.com/ relocated from 501 N. Broadway to 1 Memorial Drive (Gateway Tower) earlier this year.  They leased the 18th floor.  This building has some of the best views in St. Louis.  Fox Architects designed a very impressive space.  Sam Fentress provided the following photographs.  http://www.samfentress.com/

Lewis Rice - Downtown St. Louis

Lewis Rice www.lewisrice.com  , leased the top several floors of 600 Washington, formerly One City Center several years ago.  Their space offers modern finishes with dark woods and incredible views. It was designed by: http://www.christnerinc.com/ The building was centerpiece tower of the former St. Louis Centre Mall.  New ownership has dramatically improved the property over the last several years.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/One_City_Center_(St._Louis)
