Suburban to Urban Office Relocation: The Future in St. Louis?
While many companies have remained committed to Downtown, such as Stifel Nicolaus, Wells Fargo Advisors, etc, will we begin to see more relocation from the suburbs to the CBD, like Shipworks did a few years ago? This is clearly a trend in other cities.
